These rates only apply when children share a room with an adult.

Standard - our standard rooms have no sea or garden views but are all en-suite with tea and coffee facilities.

Standard Plus - These rooms have varying views within the hotel grounds and surrounding area.

Sea View - Wake up in the morning overlooking the beautiful Bay.

Sea View Plus - Panoramic views from the top floor of the hotel of St Ives and Porthminster beach - a truly stunning sight.

Deluxe Sea View - These spacious airy rooms definitely have the wow factor and the views are breath-taking.  Some even open onto a balcony with table and chairs so you can really enjoy the St Ives air.

The Studio Apartment - This top floor apartment has an amazing view of St Ives.  It has it's own fully equipped kitchen and complimentary bar, this really is the room to impress.

For stays longer than 7 nights, a 10% discount will be given on room rates.

A complimentary bar and fruit bowl is included in the Studio Apartment (Only filled once)

A single occupancy charge of £10 will b e added for a double room.

If pre-booked you may dine in our new 'Lighthouse Bistro' for only £16.95 for 3 courses whilst looking at the stunning original artwork from some very talented artists.  The art is sold and 90% goes to the artist whilst we donate 10% to the RNLI which is our designated charity for all the great work they do locally.
