The hotel has 39 ensuite rooms, all with TV, tea and coffee making facilities. Free WiFi is available around the hotel.

Standard Room
These rooms have varying views within the hotel grounds and surrounding area.

Standard Sea View
These rooms are located on the side of the hotel with partial sea views.

Deluxe Sea View
These airy rooms definitely have the Wow factor and the views are breath taking. All front facing, they each have something special. The top floor rooms have stunning panoramic views overlooking St Ives Harbour and Porthminster Beach- truly a stunning sight, with the 1st & 2nd floor rooms being more spacious. Some have access to our balcony. Please note that not all Deluxe Sea View rooms come with a balcony.

Hotel Cancellation Policy 
A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. If a booking is cancelled 14:00 GMT 2 days before your date of  arrival there will be no cancellation charge. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
