These rooms are located on the side of the hotel with partial sea views.

Deluxe Sea View
These airy rooms definitely have the Wow factor and the views are breath taking. All front facing, they each have something special. The top floor rooms have stunning panoramic views overlooking St Ives Harbour and Porthminster Beach- truly a stunning sight, with the 1st & 2nd floor rooms being more spacious. Some have access to our balcony. Please note that not all Deluxe Sea View rooms come with a balcony.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Bookings made direct at the hotel are required to pay a 15% non refundable deposit. If you cancel before 14:00 GMT 2 days before your date of arrival there will be no cancellation charge. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
